Please read these terms before booking a stay at Licence To Chill Homestay Villa. Last updated July 2026.
A booking is confirmed once availability and pricing have been agreed directly with the host, Akhersh, through this website's enquiry form, WhatsApp, phone, or email, and any requested advance payment has been received. Confirmation may also happen through a third-party listing platform where the property is advertised, in which case that platform's own terms apply alongside these.
Check-in is after 3:00 PM and check-out is before 12:00 PM, unless a different time has been agreed with the host in advance. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may carry an additional charge.
The villa is arranged for up to 16 guests across 4 bedrooms. Bringing more guests than agreed at the time of booking is not permitted without prior consent, and a per-head surcharge applies for groups over 10 guests as described on the Villa page.
Guests are expected to treat the property, its furnishings, and the surrounding neighbourhood with care. The host may end a stay without refund if guests cause serious damage, engage in illegal activity, or significantly disturb neighbours.
Pets are welcome, subject to extra charges applicable, provided they are supervised and any damage or excess cleaning they cause is the responsibility of the guest who brought them.
The host takes reasonable care to keep the property safe, but guests use the villa, its grounds, and any shared amenities at their own risk. The host is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, except where required by law.
These terms may be updated from time to time; the version in effect at the time of your booking applies to your stay.
